This policy explains what information Trada collects through tradainvest.com, how we use it and the choices you have. Trada is not yet available, so right now the only information we collect is what you share when you join the waitlist.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- your email address
- the date and time you signed up
- which signup form you used on the page
- the address of the page you signed up from
We don't ask for your name, phone number or any financial information.
Like most websites, some technical information is processed automatically when you visit. Our hosting provider receives standard details such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. The site also loads its fonts from a third-party font service, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
We don't use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools on this site.
How we use it
We use your email address to:
- add you to the Trada waitlist
- send you a confirmation email when you join
- tell you when early access opens, and send occasional updates about Trada's launch
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it
We use trusted external service providers to store waitlist signups, send emails and host this website. They process information only on our behalf, under their own terms and privacy policies, and their servers may be located in the United States or other countries. If you'd like to know which providers we use, email us.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address while the waitlist is active and for as long as you want to hear from us about Trada. If you ask us to remove it, we'll delete it from our waitlist.
Your choices
- Stop receiving emails. Reply to any email from us, or email us at the address below, and we'll remove you.
- See, correct or delete your information. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. Contact us to make a request.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and access to the waitlist is limited to the Trada team. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, contact us and we'll delete their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top. If we start collecting new kinds of information, such as when Trada launches, we'll update this policy before we do.
